Clear cancellation terms
Cancel in writing 31 or more days before you arrive and the fee is just 5% of your stay. Cancel 7 to 30 days before and you still get 50% back.
Hurricane refund
If a named storm is forecast to pass within 100 miles of St. John in the 48 hours before you arrive, you get a full refund less a 5% fee.
Pay half now
50% holds your dates. The other 50%, the security deposit and the 12.5% VI hotel tax are due 60 days before you arrive.
