“Everything was very clean with the exception of stains on carpet. The location is what was expected. It was nice to have a short walk to the market and morning coffee. We would stay here again. Just a bit overpriced for what it is.”

“Loved staying at the suites at marketplace. Very close to everything and loved having the shops downstairs, especially the coffee/gelato shop. We all slept great in the space and loved the amenities. We were only sad that our airline caused us to miss one of our nights at this location. We really regret not having both nights bc it was so perfect.”
“Location location location. 5 minute walk to downtown Cruz Bay. Right off the car ferry dock. Clear instructions check in / out. Above a supermarket which made it convenient to buy groceries and all necessities. Wish it had more storage for your belongings. More blankets and pillows for the sofa couch as it was not the most pleasant mattress. Overall, great place with nearby restaurants/bars/casino.”
“I wish communication was better and response time was faster. I wanted to extended my time , but I got a response the next day after I figured that the host won’t respond to me. Finding the place was difficult as well,especially in the dark”

“Huge space & very safe location. 8-10 minute walk to town. Taxis are often available at Starfish Market if you prefer. So convenient being close to groceries & speciality coffee / sandwich / ready made meal shops. Excellent communication with booking / check in.”

“The room was great, comfortable, and close enough to everything in Cruz Bay! I got to be a little loud in the morning due to supermarket commotion. It wasn’t too bad tho and so early that it interrupted sleep.”

“We visited St. John for a wedding and was very happy with the accommodations. The suites are very modern and in excellent condition. Access to the grocery store and restaurants in the building is also helpful. While taxis are available. We would recommend renting a Jeep for convenience. There is plenty of parking space at the suites.”
